Phone Calls to and from Bahamas?

What is the best way to go in regards to phone calls? Cell phones, phone cards or other. Thanks in advance.

AT&T phone cards. I found something a couple of weeks ago on Google with specific instructions on the toll-free number to use from Bahamas pay phones.

If you're going into Nassau, the building you have to go through has a small vending machine to your left when you go in that sells phone cards. I've used those multiple times to call home. Just use the phones right there. I think a $5 card got me like 20 minutes to Canada. It might be cheaper to the US.
