In case anyone cares, my wife and I ended up taking this tour. It was awesome. We had about an hour and a half on the jetski. We saw the dolphin encounter, millionares row, the dude gave us a little information about starfish after he dove down for some and we spent a little time on Peterson's Key.

I highly recommend it. Let me know if anyone has questions.

We booked in advance. However you don't necessarily have to. There is a little shop called Lucayan Watersports over at port Lucaya and you can sign up there. The only thing is that it is about 25 bucks cheaper on the website. Also, they only have 4 jet skis, so I guess there is a chance it could sell out, especially if you are locked into one time slot.
