Dec or Feb

We have booked the partial Panama Canal on Dec 9 and are considering changing it to early Feb. Is there a difference between the 2 dates such as better weather or other factors? I look forward to your comments. Bob

Panama’s tourist season is during the dry season from mid-December to mid-April. I would recommend February based on annual trends, however either date will be great weather. Good luck!

Either time you decide to go it is still hot and humid in that area. It may be a little dryer in Jan/Feb but they still have regular rain showers. We have been there in December, January, and May (which was way too hot).
