lovetocruise79 Posted April 10, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2011 I have always cruised with Royal Caribbean and generally every time you pay off your cruise they send you a booklet with all your documents including luggage tags. This is my first time in a few years on a cruise and I am going with Carnival. Could someone please tell me if I'm suppose to expect documents in the mail or if everything is now online, we have about 20 days left so it's getting close. Thanks :)
Mysschevous Posted April 10, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 10, 2011 All your cruise documents are online. Including luggage tags. You fold them and tape them on. :) Enjoy your cruise. Ironically, we are going on our first RCL cruise next month, so now I will be on the lookout in the mail! :)
patseacruiser Posted April 10, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 10, 2011 RCI doesn't send anything in the mail anymore either - except luggage tags. But it's not automatic to get the luggage tags. You do your online check in and then about 30 days prior to sailing a button will pop up that you can click on and put your address in and you will get the luggage tags sent to you. SteelerCruiser Posted April 10, 2011 #5 Share Posted April 10, 2011 I would think most cruise lines are doing the documents/luggage tags online now as this is more efficent for the bottom line and a little greener for them as well.
