Smoking Policy on AOS

Recommended Posts

The Good News is I haven't had a Cigarette

in 6 weeks.

The question is : Is it still OK to smoke in your

cabin on AOS? My wife is still smoking.

I know most of the public areas are NON Smoking

but what is the exact policy about the cabins?

You can smoke in your cabin. In my experience on every cruise I have been on, you have to request an ashtray. I've never had one in my cabin when I arrived.

They have the ship divided and smoking is only permitted on one side (port, I think). They have smoking areas in the bars and in the casino. It was always confusing in the casino because they have little ashtrays and I think the smokers would just take their ashtray and place it at whatever slots they were playing. I never did that. As for the lounges, I think you can smoke at the bar, but not anywhere else in the lounge. I think the same goes for the champagne bar...not at the tables, but only at the bar. I remember seeing a bunch of smokers at the bars before shows start. Can't smoke in the theater though. Hope this helps.
