Labadee - Question about Arawak Aqua Park

Do you rent the red life vests everyone is wearing? Or do they just give you one with the excursion price. Is the water really deep? Should I be worried if I'm not a strong swimmer?

The vests are included in the excursion price. Yes, the water is deep in parts. Our daughter did it when she was almost 7 and not a good swimmer, but she did fine with the vest on. We, of course, were there if she needed assistance.

 

The only thing I would be worried about is kids falling on you if you are climbing on the mountain thing. A huge kid fell on my husband and his neck hurt for the rest of the week, thank goodness he shielded our daughter.:eek:
