How NCL compares to Carnival....need input

I'm glad I found this thread. We have only sailed Carnival and absolutely loved every cruise. This will be our first time on NCL. We are on the Crown in Nov. for the Panama Canal cruise. We are looking forward to the cruise but know very little about the ship except that she is about 12 years old and a smaller ship. Thanks for all the info. about NCL.
