cruiseapril Posted April 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Last week, we visited Barbados from the HAL Noordam. We had been to Barbados before and at that time toured part of the island. We visited Bathsheba, Andromeda Gardens, St. John's Church, and then Francia House. We thoroughly enjoyed that tour. This year, we decided to take the Barbados Beach Break to Harbour Lights on Carlisle Bay. Harbour Lights needs some renovations, but the beach near it is beautiful and had good swimming conditions on this day. The beach is within view of the Barbados Hilton, so is not remote- but is just a short ride from the port making it a relaxing day. Barbados is an island we would like to spend a week exploring. Lots to see and do.

LittleYiaYia Posted April 19, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 19, 2011 Hi Cruiseapril, We were just at the Harbour Lights beach in February. We also thought this was a good beach. Did not think much of the food at the restaurant, although the drinks were good.:)
cruiseapril Posted April 19, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted April 19, 2011 Hi- We were wondering if there is another access to the same Carlisle Bay beach (near Harbour Lights) from another beach facility. Anyone know?
