This will be my first time on explorer of the seas. going to Cozumel on 28th of this month. I have few questions:

Wondering if Cozumel port has free Wifi?

 

What's the cost to take ferry to carmen del playa? And how long is the ride on ferry?

 

I booked an inside cabin and would like balcony and was wondering when is best time to call RCI to get best rate to upgrade to balcony?

 

Is it true food on Explorer isn't that great as celebrity solstice?

 

Is it true that shore excursions on scuba diving is rip off on most of cruise line?

Are you sure you aren't going on the Navigator of the Seas Western Carribean?? The Explorer is leaving from Bayonne , NJ on a 9 night eastern Cruise at that time.
