What to Wear for Bio Bay Kayak

I usually wear shorts/Tshirt.

You will be sitting in the kayak that has water in it, so a bathing suit bottom (or other quick drying shorts or underwear) would be great. Your top won't get too wet (just drops from the oars).

If the wind is blowing, it can get chilly after the trip/on the drive home. Bring a towel.

I agree. My bottom was soaked so I was very thankful I had on nylon shorts that dried somewhat quickly. My advice it to take a sweatshirt with you and leave it on the bus. I froze on the way back to port because we were wet and the bus driver had the A/C on. I had a towel and covered up with it, but it didn't help that much :)
