As Karen already said, most places around the harbour serve croissants and coffee in the morning. There's also a bakery in port called "Grand Casino" (part of a supermarket chain, close to the Automobile Club) where you can buy croissants to take away.

 

The best place in town for crepes is certainly the Café de Paris at Casino Square. The delicious "Crepes Suzette" was invented there for the future King of Great Britain Edward VII. Of course, crepes in all varieties are served in other restaurants in town, too, but those are THE BEST!
