they offer them on Paradise Beach, at least they did last year and the price was quite reasonable and a fellow lady passenger decided to go for it and really thought it was a good massage.

I had one at the Money bar, in at tent a waters edge. Wonderful! So nice to hear the waves lapping at the retaining wall. Booked it when I got there but you can book in advance by e-mail. I decided to wait in case the weather wasn't good.

They offer them at almost all of the beach clubs. You can also pre-reserve massages at Mr. Sanchos and Nachi Cocom. If you are going to Nachi Cocom I recommend getting a reservation for the massage. The day we were there last August the place was packed and they could not accomodate anyone who had not prebooked. The poor girl never stopped giving massages all day. When you arrive you find the massage coordinator and reconfirm your time.
