Kids Program on NCL?

I have a 8 & 10 year old and have been cruising with them for 2 years. We have been on both Carnival and NCL, both times they let my kids stay in the same age group, but the older one must go down, they will not bump a younger one up to the next group. I personally liked NCL better. They seemed more structured and organized. I did not like the fact that on Carnival my then 8 and 9 year old could sign themselves out of the club and wander the ship. NCL doesn't allow kids to sign themselves out. NCL did not like to let the kids just sit around and watch movies and kept the kids very active which was a good thing. I think you will be happy with NCL and their kids program.
