E622 is partially obstructed. You'll only be able to look straight out because the next row of cabins are balcony and will obstruct your view to the left and the lifeboat is to your right. It won't be noisy--you're close to the elevators and staircase, but that's not a problem at all. We just got off the Island yesterday and our cabin was closer to the elevator bank than E622 is---no noise. What's nice is that you are a short walk to the atrium.

Have you looked into the BE cat. (balcony) ? Those are very nice, esp. in the E720-737 "block". The other thing w/ the Island/Coral is that you are a short walk from the aft outdoor viewing area.It's like your own private balcony.
