Lobster Beach or Boatyard Cab Fares

Went there last week. It was $4 each in a shared taxi. Lobster Alive and Boatyard are right next to each other. Boatyard has a free taxi back to the ship. We felt that the services and the people where much better at Boatyard.

We have been to Boatyard many times and were told Lobster Alive was much quieter. Is that what you experienced?

Thanks to both of you for the info.

Yes, Lobster Alive is much quieter (which is what we wanted.)

For $15 we got a large umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, and 3 drink vouchers . . . for rum punch or rum & coke.

How much should it cost from the dock to Lobster Beach by taxi?

What about to Boatyard?

Just back- took us $10 to Boatyard, couldn't find others to share cab which is why it was higher. As PP said, Boatyard provides a free shuttle back, and chairs and umbrella (and rope swing which my husband enjoyed!) included in admission. The "free" punch was some of the worst, IMHO, that we had in the Caribbean, but hey, beggars can't be choosers!

My husband also talked our way into a 30-minute jet ski rental for $20 :D
