Falmouth and Excursion bust!!!

My wife and I were in Falmouth last week and were very dissapointed!

I feel that Royal Caribbean really "jumped the gun" making this a port of call. The only shopping and food in the port area is a "straw" type market.

There was only one food option within the confines of the port which was a Jerk Tent, which i enjoyed! But if you arent into jerk good luck!

Our second disappointment was our excursion on The Dreamer Catamaran Via Montego Bay, this by far was one of the worst excursions I have ever been on!

The operators allow guests to have Drinks prior to snorkeling, there are way too many people on board to have an enjoyable time both in and out of the water and the crew is very unhelpfull, the water was a bit rough and I personally had to help several guest up the ladder back onto the boat. The other disappointment was our bus driver would not allow us to be dropped off at Rose Hall for shopping, unless everyone agreed on the bus! There was one person who did not want to shop, so the bus driver brought us back to the port. We even inquired about making our own way back to the boat but he refused. We passed rose hall with 2 hours till we had to be onboard, if we would have had to take the trolley bach after our excursion, it would have been cutting it a bit close for my liking!

I really feel that RCL should have continued to use one of the other Jamacian ports until Falmouth was ready!!
