jlrn366419 Posted May 4, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2011 The title says it all. If anyone has used one successfully onboard let me know. Its been a while, but as I recall the toilets are shaped a little different onboard.
geegee1 Posted May 4, 2011 #2 Share Posted May 4, 2011 I know in March 2010 we brought ours on NCL GEM for our daughter. I don't remember there being any problem with it.
crusinmama06 Posted May 4, 2011 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Here's a standard toilet seat. I did take a potty seat years ago on a NCL ship. This is a picture of a RCI ship toilet (and yes I did take this picture because this question has come up before)
Mom2B&Z Posted May 5, 2011 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2011 On the NCL Sun. I found it wobbled a bit, so I held DS2 and the seat to give him more confidence. Remember too that there's no stool for them to put theri feet on, which also helps them balance on the toilet seat. I have to say this time I'm considering bringing a small folding stool for this reason, squatting for long periods of time holding one of my children on the toilet isn't my idea of a great vacation ;)
