Southwest for January and beyond....

Does anyone know when the flights will open up for january and beyond on Southwest? I know they just acquired Air Tran, so perhaps they are busy! LOL But I used to be able to get a date on Southwest Vacations website but it isn't listed anymore. Does anyone have a definite date, or an aproximate date when I should start looking? I need flights for the end of January and April break.

I found out yesterday on May 24th they open up for Nov. 5th thru January. I don't know the dates in January.

When they open dates from Nov to Jan on May 24th, they will post the day they will open for January and beyond. I'd guess they would open the January and beyond time period a month or 2 after May 24th.

There's a section of Southwest's website called Travel Tools, under Customer Service. It's usually at the bottom of the web page. You may have to click an arrow button on the lower right to open up a menu. Once you are into Travel Tools, you should see the relevant dates for opening up reservations at the top of the page.
