Afternoon Island Tour

I have already booked a morning scuba dive on St. Thomas. I'm looking for an island tour to see the main sites in the afternoon, maybe like 2-5pm. Is that enough time? Looks like most of the tour operators want you to commit all day or at least get picked up in the morning. Any ideas? We are usually not the taxi type, but may have to do that to make it work. (Any idea what that would cost for what I'm proposing?) From what I've read, we need to see Mountain Top, Magen's Bay, and go to A. H Rise for chocolate rum. What other sights am I missing that we shouldn't miss?
