Parking New Orleans

I don't know about beating the price but you can't beat the convenience of parking for the Grandeur. You will be guided to the "whale lot" where porters are waiting to help you unload. After you hand off your luggage you park and walk through a gate and over the trolley tracks just a few feet to check in. It's the easiest parking I've ever done for a cruise.

I remember seeing whales but I don't recall where those are.

I have been on the Grandeur (RCI) and the Conquest (CCL) and pulled right up to the doors, unloaded and handed the bags off to the porters, then drove over a couple blocks to the Fulton Street garage. We are going on the Grandeur again next month but I have heard that has changed. I think $12/day is what we paid too.
