Tortuga Island or Cahuita National Park (beach)

For our day in Puntarenas we are considering Tortuga Island or Cahuita National Park. Which is best?

On further searching, I think Cahuita may be too far for a day trip, so we'll just consider Tortuga Island. Anyone have any information to pass along?

Probably been and returned by the time I saw this message. My daughter just did the Isla Tortuga catamarin trip on the Calypso. She had a great time, especially snorkelying although she said it was odd being surrounded by hundreds of stingless jellyfish. She did feel sensations but not the usual burn/sting of other jellyfish. She would go again.
