How do you go about requesting a mattress topper for your bed, ahead of time?

We saw them outside different cabins as we were disembarking.

Have your TA send them a fax.:) Only one time they didn't have one on my bed when we've requested it, and the cabin steward brought when and remade the bed for us.

Here's an example that's been 100% successful. You don't have to go thru your TA. I wait until about one -two months from sailaway date. It obviously has to be forwarded to the ship. If too early it might get "lost" at home office.

I called 1 800 Princess about 2 weeks ago and the operator took care of making the request - Just called back now and they confirmed that the request for the mattrss toppers is documented in their system...let see what happens ...:rolleyes:

Just a note:

 

I've sent that same fax request as listed above for my last 4 cruises and all 4 times, when I arrived there was no mattress topper on the bed. I just mentioned it to the room Steward after I arrived that I wanted a mattress topper, top sheet and extra pillows when he/she turned down the bed in the evening and he took care of it.
