Others will tell you to go with sites like Insuremytrip.com, which I've also done. It is even a little cheaper. Read the policy before deciding to see what you are getting for the money. I always research policies on Insuremytrip.com - very easy web site to use and you can quickly check out the prices and coverage for many different insurers. The one time the cruise ship rates can be competitive are for seniors; the cruise ship charges the same price no matter what age you are whereas when you purchase travel insurance privately age is generally a big factor in the pricing.
