Grand Princess cruisers-departure time

The schedules all show that the Grand Princess departs from Galveston at 4 p.m., is this local time? If departure time is 4 p.m. CST would the muster drill be held around 3 p.m.?

Everything is CST (local time). We were on the Grand last week, March 5th sailing. The muster was scheduled for 3:15 but delayed until 3:45 (late arriving passengers). We sailed about 15 minutes late +/- 4:15pm CST

We dont mind the Muster at all, but we have never been asked our room numbers, on any of the cruises we have been on. We just go, on Princess usually to a lounge or nice area. On the Dawn soon.
