UBD for two, inside cabin

Hi,

 

We're booked on the Grand Princess this summer, we're teachers so have to book at peak times so inevitably end up in an inside cabin.

 

Our cruise is for our anniversary (not a massive one, but special for us :) ) and I really like the look of the ultimate balcony dinner as a celebration. I know it *is* possible to do the UBD on an inside, but for us, not preferable.

I've read that when you get a group of people together they will find you a secluded area of the ship for the UBD; would they do this for just the two of us? If I do it with a load of other people we may as well be in the MDR. Our anniversary is a port day in Ajaccio, and at 6pm, the time my research suggests the UBD starts, we would be sailing away from that port. It would be magical.

 

I'd appreciate any info on this. We can go to Sabatini's instead, but we've done that before and I wanted to do something new.

Sabatinis has a small out side area, may be you could request diner there,

 

if you can not get UBD, or may be since you are paying for it they would serve it to you there,

 

do not know if they would but just an idea,

 

 

or may be post on your roll call and see if someone would allow you to

 

borrow there balcony for a few hours.
