Anytime dining on Valor?

I thought I read somewhere on this board that the Valor has anytime dining. Was someone referring to the buffet type dining or can you have dinner in one of the dining rooms at anytime. I would really love it if they had freestyle dining just like Norwegian. I really don't like the structure of dining at a particular time, especially when you want to go on excursions.

sailing on valor 8 14 2011 went 2 carnival website 2 verify my dining time and also saw option 4 anytime dining between i believe 5:30 & 9:30
