Nikos/Despina - PrivateGreeceTours - tip??

So we booked with Nikos and Despina. There are 10 people inthe group and I am curious what, if any, an expected tip might be since we are payign for th toru with Nikos and extra for the guide services of Despina.

 

For those who have used them before, what did you do? I have seen things all over the map in terms of tips, no tips, etc.

We have them booked for next month for our party of 9 (extended family). Our plan is 10% but 15% if exceptional (which I have heard they usually are).

 

We figured we would give the money directly to the guide although booked through Nikos.

For the guide he quoted an extra 200 Euro. I assumed that went straight to the guide. If so, I am not sure I need to tip extra?

 

I do think we need to tip the driver (if not Nikos)
