Ok, we have contacted atlantis and they are out, we contacted sheraton and the Hilton. Hilton is out. We really like the sheraton and what they offer for our 3 kids, but I have now run up on the Wyndam resort and I think they are next door to the sheraton, does this sound right?? But my main question is, Wyndam web page is hard to figure out and I tried to email them, but it came back to me. Can anyone tell me how to contact them about a day pass, cost, etc...

If you call from the US, on your cell phone, does it just show up as a long distance call?

thanks for any info, we are traveling in 2 weeks!!!

I emailed them and this was the response I received:

Thank you for contacting us! We do welcome cruise passengers and offer a day pass that includes use of our pool and beach facilities, including towels and beach chairs, and lunch at our buffet, SeaSide. Our day rates are $40 per person over the age of 12 and $20 for ages 4 – 11. Children 3 and under are free and the day passes can be purchased at our front desk on your day of arrival. No advance purchase required. This is the email of the person that answered back in case you'd like some additional information avandyck at wyndham dot com (of course no spaces)

Scubagirl comes here often and is full of great information. She says that usually you can use both the Sheraton and the Wyndham but has heard that may have stopped recently. Hopefully she can confirm that and let us know. I'm in Nassau in October and checked into all these also. Since we are 5 women, we decided on the Hilton since its in walking distance to the pier and the voucher for food & drinks. They say its really not a fun place for kids.

Also, on another note, I'm a triplet mom also....Enjoy your trip!

Thanks for this info. I just read her info on another post about maybe not getting to share the 2 resorts, I hope thats not true!

My gbb triplets are 11 and this is their 2nd cruise. They dont remember alot about the first one done 4 years ago. They are really getting excited! I wish my dh and myself could go on one without the trio! Anyway, hope you have a great trip later this year

I have 16 yo gbb and we did 2 short cruises with them last year. February to the Bahamas and November to Key West/Cozumel. I am trying to plan the "the big cruise" in June 2013 to celebrate them turning 18 and their HS graduation. I'm hoping it works out. For now, I'm trying to talk my DH into a cruise next year for just us. He's not being to cooperative but I can be very pursuasive..LOL! Enjoy your cruise. I'm sure the kids will love the Camps. They are great and this way you & DH can have some time to yourselves too.

Hi we will be there in Sept and we are 8 women.. so you said the Hilton is best?

Hilton is the best for adults. You can walk there from the port and just relaxation. Very few kids. No toys. Not that I don't like kids but I'm on a ladies weekend and just want total relaxation. Its $55 if you purchase it that day and you get a $30 voucher for food and drink (yes, alcoholic ones too). Sounds like what we are looking for.

  • 2 weeks later...
Good Morning Scubagirl. Did you get a chance to double check the rate for the day pass at the Hilton last week?

Yes, I was there several times this week. The day pass is $55 and you get $30 in vouchers for food and drink from the Patio/ Grill.

I was told that the patio grill was the only venue that accepts the vouchers, so those who are planning on being on the property after 5pm will not be able to use the vouchers elsewhere on the property.

$50 thru Island marketing.

Thank you Scruba. Great info. Being October I would rather just pay the extra $5 so I know the weather is good. Worse case, if its not sunny, we're just going to go to Atlantis and walk around there for the sights and make a stop in the casino. I'm hoping for sunshine though....

I also noticed Island Marketing has a lower price - wonder why? $50 adult/$25 under 12 vs Hilton's $55 adult/$27.50 under 12. Scubagirrl; do you know anything about Island Marketing??
