bajathree Posted June 8, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2011 I am hearing here on Oasis that there is some reported damage on Labadee from this storm. Just heard that some of the roofs of some cabanas suffered wind damage along with lots of flooding. Trying to find out if Allure made it there on Tues but haven't been able to get confirm or not. Dizney Posted June 8, 2011 #5 Share Posted June 8, 2011 I just googled it. Here's the link. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/06/08/us-haiti-storm-idUSTRE7575ZO20110608 This is the first few words of the story. (Reuters) - The death toll from days of heavy rains that triggered flooding and mudslides in earthquake-ravaged Haiti has climbed to 23, an official said on Wednesday. Might not affect Labadee. I've never been there. It's not mentioned in the story.
