When do you get credit for a C&A Savings Certificate?

I just booked a cruise on the RCCL web site and entered the required information for using a C & A savings certificate. The discount doesn't show on my reservation. Does anyone know if it takes a while?

The last time I entered a C&A coupon on the website was a couple of years ago, but if I recall correctly, it took a few days to show up.

As Bob has said, it should show up in a few days. Call and request another Confirmation Invoice be emailed to you.

 

Under "Booking Charges" you should see this code CertCode-Savings-$$$ (substitute the amount of the certificate with $$$).
