Restaurant Vancouver special dinner

We are looking for a special restaurant in Vancouver for our last nights dinner. Someplace with atmosphere and good food. As long as you can get a decent amt to eat. Too many "gormet" restaurants give you very little. Have a 6'5" guy with us who loves to eat.

I also used to really like Cloud 49 on Robson Street but I have not eaten there lately, but the restaurant has been there since the 70's so if its lasting that long the food has got to still be good. http://www.cloud9restaurant.ca/

 

It just might be a case of strolling down Robson Street and you can probably find a good restaurant. For view and atmosphere the above 2.

Any idea how much a taxi would cost from Canada Place to the Salmon House on the hill?

You also might want to consider any of the "Boat House's" they offer amazing views and a good food.and are also classed as "Ocean Wise" they serve seafood sustainably. Sandbar on Granvile island is also a great bet.
