saw1953 Posted March 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2005 My daughter and her family would like to cruise with us so I am thinking about the western Caribbean in mid-June of 2006. We have only cruised the Caribbean in September. What is the weather like in June, especially the temperatures. I know it's hurrican season but that doesn't concern me. Mike C. Posted March 23, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2005 Hi Cruisin-Taz. We did the western swing the second week of June this past year and it was HOT! But your'e never too far from water or A/C. It is not unbearable by any means and we would'nt hesitate to go at the same time of year. I would be more concerned about hurricanes in Sept. than I would in June. The only time we've ever tangled with a hurricane, was in November 1998, after Mitch had been downgraded to a T.S., still those 20 ft swells were awesome. Enjoy!
