Transatlantic - Day's Activities

I'm doing some Cruise Critic research (the most reliable kind) before deciding on a transatlantic cruise in 2012.

 

We've loved sea days on Caribbean cruises - never long enough - but what is scheduled on a longer sea-day cruise?

 

How is the outdoor weather? Are there more activities (enrichment programs) scheduled indoors?

There are links there for the Constellation September 2008 TA from Barcelona to New jersey and the Equinox November 2009 TA from Rome to Ft. Lauderdale. Both had pretty good weather although not always poolside weather. The weather on the Constellation got a little wetter and cooler the last day or two after we deviated due north for half a day to come within range of Newfoundland so an ill passenger could be air lifted off.

Thanks Larry - Your link is great! I looked at the Equinox sailing - I was most impressed with the casino payoffs!

 

Plenty to do on board - and I guess with so many days you get to do some of the things you miss when you only have a 2-3 sea day cruise.

Plus if you have an active roll call there will be many activities for sea days planned on there.
