...waiting!!

Booked on the Splendor for our April 2013 cruise to the Mexican Riviera! It's for my 40th birthday....just me and my 3 sisters....no husbands, no kids!! ;)

We booked using ES on the Panorama deck (10)...specifically, cabin 1054. I'm sharing a balcony room with one of my sisters and we're splitting the cost of the cabin down the middle.

Wow - now the waiting begins!!!

I want to thank everyone on this forum...I have been reading COUNTLESS posts, viewed hundreds of blogs, and took everyone's advice into consideration...which made booking my trip directly through CCL a breeze!

Now I just need to check the prices daily, sometime twice, to see if my fare goes down!!

That's easy to fix ya know.... Book another one... :D

Oh how'd I'd love to, however, hubby & I are taking the family (2 teens & 1 pre-teen) to Trinidad for a week next Sept...so I'll be saving up for that. I think the airfare is going to cost us more than the actual hotel!!

I am very new to this but I assume you got the best price by booking so early? When I booked, the Carnival cruise clock said 100 days and I thought that was forever. But we are now in the single digits, and soon to go on our first cruise. I've been excited and unexcited 3 or 4 times since I booked.

You can get some good prices by booking early and if it goes down you can have the price adjusted.
