Insuance for Canadians

Hi: I'm about to book a cruise on Azamara and am wondering what other Canadians do about insurance. I've been told the Azamara policy is only available to Americans. I need something that has an option to cancel for any reason as if I do hve to cancel it will be due to a family member's medical situation that is too complex/changeable to fit a policy with limitations due to a pre-existing condition. I'd be happy with Azamara's policy that gives 75% as a future cruise credit if I could get it. Is there a cancelation insurance option for me?
