sunset beach

We went there in January 2010. Was actually cooler than normal so not many people went in the water. Very clean, no venders hounding you on the beach. DD had her hair braided in the salon. Small gift shop, internet available for a small charge. Good strong drinks, great snack bar & nice lunch set-up.

We booked the transfers & there was some confusion when we got to the terminal. We should have walked outside & looked for the bus, we went to the information station & they acted like nobody else was going there, so we waited while they called for someone to pick us up. We finally walked outside & found the bus. The passengers didn't seem to happy that they had been waiting on us. (I am NEVER late for anything & felt bad that we kept them waiting) It is only about a 5 minute ride from the pier.

I really wanted to go back in July but DD (21) wants to spend a few hours at Margaritaville.
