Looking for a beach close to where to cruise ship docks. Would like one that maybe has parasailing also. Any ideas?

There is a small admission charge but you can rent chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and soomething to eat and drink, even a beer. There is no parasailing here. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk there after you leave the docks.
