New cruiser - advice please

Hi, I'm thinking of booking a Norwegian cruise from Southampton on the Celebrity Eclipse next May. The trip is for myself and partner, and I wondered whether anyway had advice on this.

We're in our forties, like to keep fit but also enjoy good food and wine.

Is the Celebrity Eclipse a good choice?

I believe Celebrity has a strict no-smoking policy for balconies and even the casino. This might be a plus or a minus for you.

Go to the Cruise Critic reviews on the Eclipse and see what others say about the ship. Also go on the Celebrity board here and ask questions. Celebrity seems to have a lot of passengers in your age group.

We haven't had a chance to try a Celebrity cruise, yet. A friend of ours went on one last year and was very impressed.
