SIGHTSEEING & SHOPPING TIPS: Swedish Kronor are required for entrance fees and for lunch. Plan to exchange currency on board or at an exchange in Stockholm.

The Vasa Museum is open daily 10:00am - 5:00pm, August 21 to June 10; and 9:30am - 7:00pm June 10 to August 21.

The Royal Palace is open daily 10:00am - 4:00pm, May to August.

City Hall offers daily guided tours at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm, June 1 to August 31; and 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm during May.

Skansen is open daily 10:00am - 8:00pm in May and June with exhibition halls open from 11:00am - 5:00pm; open daily 10:00am - 10:00pm July to August with exhibition halls open from 11:00am - 5:00pm.

Most galleries and museums are closed on Monday.

Summer hours for the majority of Stockholm department stores are Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm; Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm; Sunday 12:00pm - 4:00pm. Most souvenir shops in Old Town are open Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm; closed Sunday.
