Looking for a peaceful beach for a relaxing day

We were at Harbour Lights on Carlisle Bay in April. Nice beach- good swimming. We could see the Hilton from our seats- and decided to try it next time.

My wife is in a wheelchair and we can not travel over sand. Does Harbor lights have tables with chairs that is accessible without going onto the beach where we could sit and have some drinks and food. Is there a cover as there is at the boatyard? Also how far is it from the boatyard. Last year we had a pleasant walk from the dock to the boatyard but did not go in and did not see anything other than lobster alive. Is harbor light further down the street from the boatyard past lobster alive and does anyone know approximately how far.
