For up to date (it updates every 30 seconds or so :rolleyes:) info on exchange rates I use

 

www.xe.com

 

 

This is for trading purposes but we have found it is pretty darn close to what you will get at banks/ATMs.

I second the recommendation for www.xe.com. I generally go to that site just before leaving and print all the currency exchange rates we will face on our trip (realizing that it will not be exact since they do vary minute to minute). This gives us a rough estimate of the exchange rate in each country we visit.
