Jade in Dubrovnik

Can somone in the know let me know if Jade anchors opposite the old town of Dubrovnik for the tender in, or do they stop further away (about 2 miles) where we have stopped on another cruise.

 

We are also leaving Santorini at 10pm, do you know what time the last tender back to the ship wil be, it would be nice to see/photo the sun setting from up top and then catch the cable car back down, all depends on how much time we will have,

 

Can someone who has done it let me know

On our sailing in May, we tendered in from our anchored position just outside of Old Town, but I have heard of a few instances of docking at the port further out of town too. If you go to this page http://www.portdubrovnik.hr/?lan=en&action=port_dubrovnik&kat=103&pdl=103 look on the left for "Arrivals and Departures" under "Cruising". Pick your cruise month by number (the words are in Croatian), it will pull up the months schedule and show you where the ships are expected to go. They do sometimes change at the last moment, but this is the reserved schedule.
