World Gallery Posted July 8, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2011 We love Dim Sum and have only had it in NYC. We would love to try it in Chinatown. What is a good dim sum restaurant in Seattle's Chinatown? What time do they start serving? We only have a an open morning?

What is a good dim sum restaurant in Seattle's Chinatown? What time do they start serving? We only have a an open morning? Well, opinions will vary, but I'd probably suggest Harbor City on S. King Street - a block or two east of the "middle" of the I.D. It's something of a hole-in-the-wall, so look sharp. Not trying to put you off dim sum (as if) but you might also enjoy a browse through the marvelous Uwajimaya supermarket/department store at 5th and Weller. Fabulous place, terrific food court with all sorts of Asia/Pacific cuisines available, from Hawaiian to Chinese, Thai to Filipino. It's a short walk from the I.D. light rail/bus tunnel station.
