Lunch in Fairbanks

We have booked the land tour through the cruise line and it says that after the Discovery Riverboat tour and before the gold mine that a lunch is provided at Riverboat Discovery Landing. Does anyone have inf on what the lunch really is and are their other places to get lunch at Riverboat Discovery Landing?

We did this a few weeks back. They provide you an all you can eat family style lunch with a hardy stew, biscuts, and ice tea or water and a blueberry dessert. It appears this was the only option. I wasn't looking forward to this stew but ended up loving this lunch!

To the OP- This is the only lunch option you have so unless you bring snacks or your own you wil be hungry. I would give the lunch a shot though!

No. When we are saving the only option it's the only lunch and only place to eat.
