Carnival Miracle - 11/26/11

Hello Everyone!

Friends of mine are contemplating coming on this cruise with my hubby and I but are a little concerned about how the LGBT crowd is treated. Any family going to be on this cruise?

We are not on this cruise but we have sailed on Carnival Miracle three times. We've been treated with the same respect and kindness than any "regular" couple or family. Fellow passengers could care less not, housekeeping steward happily converted the beds into a king and the dining room arranged for a table for two. Very liberal crew and passengers. While we are openly gay and married, we always do respect local customs and always keep in mind that people have different levels of tolerance and cultural/religious beliefs. Never had any issues or negative experiences on any Carnival or HAL Cruise. Bon Voyage!

Sadly, our friends decided not to join us on this cruise. Maybe the next one! I'm glad there is such a good reception out there though...
