Cunard website continues to disappoint

I think Cunard knows they have issues. When I booked directly with Cunard last week, the agent asked me for the required information. When I said I didn't have my passport number at the moment, she suggested I call back and said it is easier to give it to an agent than to use the online method. I had no issues calling it over to the agent.

You would think they would get that site fixed though, wouldn't you.

Especially as the UK site used to work perfectly well until they updated it!
