MarieF4861 Posted July 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2011 Is there a specific time that it opens? My goal is to beat the crowds and get there as soon early as possible. Thanks.
SailBadtheSinner Posted July 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 23, 2011 How about sunrise to sunset. How early is early? The first scheduled route #7 bus that departs the Dockyard on weekdays and Saturdays is at 8:20am. Early than that would require a taxi. BTW, the weekday 8:20am bus does the school route; hope you love a bus full of children. SBtS

About how much would that be by taxi? Thanks
SailBadtheSinner Posted July 24, 2011 #4 Share Posted July 24, 2011 The taxi fare, one way, from the Dockyard to Warwick Long Bay would be about $30.00 for 1 to 4 passengers, weekday & Saturday travel. SBtS

SBtS Hello SBtS, or anyone else....any idea how much time a walk from Warwick to HSB would be? Just curious...I know most will stop along the way for pics, etc, but was just wondering if it was a short walk, less than a mile or what?
SailBadtheSinner Posted August 15, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 15, 2011 The paths that connect the beaches: Horseshoe Bay Beach, Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay, Jobson's Cove , and Warwick Long Bay, are about .6-.7 miles in length. There is a satellite photo of the paths in post #2 of this thread: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1386806 SBtS
