doe17 Posted July 26, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2011 We are cruising with carnival in November. We are thinking of doing the doplhin swim, but to save money we are thinking of booking direct with the place rather then do through carnival. Has anyone done this and who did you use. tony_311 Posted August 16, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2011 My GF is also very interested in this. We are booked on Carnival Glory departing Nov 13 from Miami. I've been doing some internet searching and found this company link, they are more money but what I've been looking at is I have very little interest in swimming with dolphins and their FAQ says I can accompany my GF without paying for the excursion which is better than me paying $100 through the cruise line to do something that I wouldn't really enjoy. Any other people's input in booking separately from, the cruise line would be greatly appreciated.
jm1495 Posted August 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2011 I've done this excursion and it was really fantastic. I'm not sure if you'd be able to book directly through the company, going through carnival was worth it. We did the excursion where you go to stingray city and the dolphin swim. It was one of the best memories from our last cruise.
