What are the best waterproof wallets/pouches

Looking for something that would hold ID, money, sea pass and phone. The camera we have is a waterproof digital.

I don't think I would trust any product to protect a phone. I have one I bought off Amazon called Kwik Tek Dry Pac Alligator Wallet. It worked well for holding my ship pass, CC and cash.

Just leave the phone on the ship. No much use/service for many stops on cruises. IMO
