Thanks for any help There is a bus to Old San Juan. We took bus 53 from the OSJ bus terminal to LaConcha. So I guess 53 would be going to OSJ also. If you use the bus make sure you have correct change, 75 cents each way. We took a cab to the Fort ElMorro because it is the highest point in OSJ. That way you are walking down hill instead of have to walk up. The cab from LaConcha to ElMorro was $12.00. The bus termial is by the bay across from the docks.
